Meet in person (in the Cincinnati, Ohio area) or online once a year to go over long term travel dreams and make an overarching travel plan for the year ahead. You have unlimited access to my planning services throughout the year, and this meeting helps us get organized and start planning as many trips as you would like!

Because I am paid through the annual fee for my time and expertise, I can spend time on the details which make your entire trip flow smoothly, such as local events, food recommendations, transfers, and the overall flow and balance of your itinerary. These details transform a good trip into an extraordinary experience.

Your detailed daily itinerary, whether on your custom app or printed out for reference, contains all the maps, travel tricks, logistics, and contact information you need at your fingertips. Spend your time focused on the stunning location you are visiting, not bogged down with complicated logistics or in need of a vacation from your vacation.

There are so many different cruise, hotel, and tour operators, and the experience can vary from a serene spa atmosphere to a lively amusement park at sea. Based on your travel personality and budget, I will select several personalized options for you to choose from to ensure you experience you dream destinations in the way that is just right for you.

Often one of the most limited and expensive pieces of a trip, I will recommend the best flights for you to book based on price, layovers, and redundancy in case something goes wrong. If you have a destination in mind but have flexible dates, I will keep an eye out for flight specials too!

It’s not just the destination that matters, but what you do there. I will build you a personalized daily itinerary with all the activities you want to do without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. I’ll make sure to balance interesting activities with plenty of time to rest and rejuvenate.

Whatever accommodations you may have I will work with suppliers and make sure that you receive the absolute best service.

I use the latest travel planning technology, making it easy to make final trip choices and authorize payments securely.

I will help you know what to pack and what to leave at home, as well as offering resources so you can make sure you meet local entry requirements.

While on your trip, I will be available for any last minute questions or to help you should unforeseen circumstances arise.
